WoMen's Boxing Class

  The women’s boxing class is for women ages 16 and older. It is an intense work out designed for optimum fat loss and body toning. A boxing work out burns more calories than running, swimming, or biking. Our boxing class added to any exercise or diet program will greatly increase the amount of weekly fat that you burn. Our women’s boxing is the ultimate experience in fitness and fat loss. Any woman that participates will lose fat and become healthier. The classes are very small and comfortable,3-8 women per class. They are very intense and designed for those that are beginning boxing as well as those that have experience. We train women with proper boxing techniques and skills. Women not only get fit and toned; they learn self defense while the whole body is being worked. Everyone is satisfied.

Classes Held Mon, wed & Fridays!

Classes Begin at 6:30 AM & 4:30 PM. Feel Free to join in whenever! Your training will not start until you arrive!
